It will ask which file and where you want to save it (In this case my Mac) Accessing Files Through the Cloud
1. Download at www.dropbox.com onto your desktop and/or laptop. Can download to Mac and PC. Will allow you to sync all your files online. Free account for 2GB. 50GB for 9.95 month and 100GB for 19.95 month. It will create a folder on your computer.
On a Mac it will be on the bar at top On PC , it will be at the bottom
2. Download the app to your iPad from iTunes
3. Files which you choose will then be available to all the computers that have Dropbox installed • On the laptop/desktop • On the iPad Now What? • Choose document you want to edit DocsToGo
In document you want to transfer, click on button at lower left cornor.
Click on Open In
Then click on the app where you want it transferred
This was then transferred from my iPad to my office desktop
