Page 3 of 6 $i tri ffr frr The eligibility criteria are given below: - 1) Achieved in any one year during last five years in the similar nature of work (excluding current year) a minimum financial turnover at least 1OO% of the Estimated Amount put to Tender.
Annual Turnover in contractual business should be authenticated by a Chartered Accountant.
2) The credential should be submitted/uploaded at least 4O7o of the amount put to Tender supported by final payment Certificate and Completion Certificate within the last 5 years in the sarne nature of single work & completed the work successfully.
3) The Credential should be,in the name & style of the intending tenderer only, and not in the narne and I or stylerof any of the Partner(s). Please note that, Final Payment Certificate and Completion Certificate along with Work Order will only be entertained as CREDENTIAL.
4) Income Tax return should be submitted/uploaded for the last 3(three) financial years with the technical bid .
5) Professional Tax receipt Challan for the last year, Latest GST registration Certificate, Latest GST return,'Pan Card.
6) A prospective bidder shall be allowed to participate in the work either in the capacity of individual or as a partner of a firm. If found to have applied severally in a single work, all his applications will be rejected.for that work. 7) Each Bidder will submit/upload maximum Two nos. of Bid in this NIT. A Bidder who submits/upload rrore than Two nos. of Bids for this NIT, will cause the proposals with the Bidder's participation to be disqualified.
8) The partn.ership firm shall upload the registered partnership deed and the company shall furnish the Article of Association and Memorandum.
9) Intending Laboup Co-Operative Societies & Unemployed Engirieers' Co-Operative Societies should enclose the documents in proof of their Registration & Validity to participate in this Tender during the period of deposition of the Tender. No exemption will be allowed regarding deposit of Earnest money.
10) Receipt copy of deposit (Cost of Tender Paper & Earnest money) Challan should be submitted/uploaded with the tender documents.
11) Copies of original documents defining the constitution or legal status, place of registration, and principal place of busiriess; written power of attorney of the signatory of the Bid to commit the Bidder.

(ii) Record of poor performance such as abandoning the works, not properly completing the contract, inordinate delays in completion, litigation history, or financial failures etc. (iii) Participated in the previous bidding for the s€une work and had quoted unreasonably high or low bid prices and ccjuld not furnish rational justification for it to the Employer.
17) Before the deadline for submission of bids, the Employer may modify the bidding documents by issuing addenda.
18) Affidavit attested by Notary Public should be submitted/uploaded with the tender documents. [format enclosed with SBD]. 19) Before submission of the tender the contractor must visit the work site to judge the local condition from all corners and no plea I complain about the site will be entertained afterwards. It will be presumed that the agency offered the tender after reviewing entire position of the work site. No extra claim will be entertained such as re-carriage, road diversion, de-watering etc. during work period.
20) Claim for idle labour from contractor will not be entertained under any circumstances. No Claim will bb'entertained for any increase in Railways freights and market price.
21) The contractor will have to clear the site after completion of work as per direction
22) If no fund is placed in. any or all Sl. No. in this tender, it will be cancelled. With further notice & no claim fiom the end of acceptance tenderer will be entertained by this department.
23) If any successful renderer does not receive work-order within 7 (Seven) days without any cause or does not satisfy the authority for such delay, the authority has the right to take penal action against him & his work-order will be cancelled.
