25 PLAYERS EARN PGA TOUR CARDS FOR 2013 AT WEB.COM TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP AT TPC CRAIG RANCH NEAR DALLAS

(McKinney, Texas) – Twenty-five members of the Web.com Tour (formerly Nationwide Tour) were awarded 2013 PGA TOUR cards today at the Web.com Tour Championship at TPC Craig Ranch near Dallas based on their season-ending finish on the money list.

Former University of Georgia Bulldog Justin Bolli claimed a two-shot victory over James Hahn at TPC Craig Ranch. Bolli made the second biggest leap in Tour history to earn a card the last week of the season, jumping from 44 th to 9 th . In 2009, Matt Every moved from 49 th to 10 th when he won the Championship.

Two other players who began the week outside the top 25 in earnings secured their PGA TOUR cards – Morgan Hoffmann (31 st to 19 th ) and Doug LaBelle II (26 th to 24 th ). The week’s casualties were Camilo Benedetti (25 th to 26 th ), (23 rd to 27 th ) and Joseph Bramlett (24 th to 28 th ). Jim Herman hung on to grab the 25 th and final spot by just $940 over Camilo Benedetti. Eight of the top-10 graduates will be first-time members of the PGA TOUR, and 15 in all. Casey Wittenberg captured the money title with earnings of $433,453. The 27-year-old from Memphis, Tenn. becomes fully exempt on the PGA TOUR in 2013 and receives an invitation to in May.

Immediately after play fans were invited to join players and their family members, Tour officials, Web.com representatives, TPC Craig Ranch club members and spectators at the PGA TOUR Card Ceremony honoring “The 25”.

Tiffany & Co., the official awards and gift provider of the PGA TOUR and Web.com Tour, was on site Sunday to hand engrave the Web.com Tour Championship at TPC Craig Ranch trophy. Each player who finished in "The 25" received a personalized hand-engraved money clip. The Card Ceremony was streamed live on PGATOUR.COM. A post-Card Ceremony celebration followed.

The Card Ceremony will be featured in the final episode of “Quest for the Card: Inside the Web.com Tour”, which will air five times on Golf Channel beginning Wednesday, Oct. 31 st at 5:30 p.m. ET.

The Web.com Tour Championship at TPC Craig Ranch featured the top-60 money winners through last week’s final full-field event of the year, the Winn-Dixie Jacksonville Open presented by Planters. The players who finished 26-60 on the final money list are fully exempt on the Web.com Tour in 2013, in the event they do not secure their PGA TOUR card via the PGA TOUR Qualifying Tournament in early December. Those who finished 26-40 on the money list are exempt into the Finals of the Qualifying Tournament.
