Everyday I thank the powers that be for allowing me to live and work in Butte. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to serve as the President of the Chamber for 2015. I would like to give a special thank you to Paula Ruark for her exceptional leadership over the last couple of years. Marko and our team at the Chamber are prepared to help all prospective, and existing businesses, realize their goals. Over the next year we will be working diligently to connect busi- nesses throughout the community. Our plans include an invigo- rated Board of Directors, staff, and ambassadors who will be asking for help and input from all of you. We will be bringing back the Duck Races, Color Race, Golf Tournament, Annual Dinner, and seminars. Of course, the Chamber will also provide its monthly newsletter “The Progress,” business card socials, ribbon cut- tings, grand openings, hospitality rooms for tournaments, free print and web exposure for members and advertising opportunities.
