In addition, Jolibois is responsible for the development and maintenance of the organization’s data and information systems. Jolibois also oversees the financial and administrative operations of the Clutch City Foundation, the non-profit charitable foundation established by Owner Leslie Alexander. He is also a member of the Senior Management Team for the Rockets and Toyota Center. A 1981 graduate of Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, Jolibois joined the Rockets staff on November 15, 1994, after working for eight years at Levitz, Zacks and Ciceric in San Diego, California. He served as the audit manager for the firm from 1986-94. He has warned about the temptations of buying fair things at wonderful prices rather than wonderful things at fair prices, and then in almost the very next breath, laid out the two rules for winning–the first being not to lose and the second being not to forget the first rule. Easier said than done, perhaps, but Buffett has proven himself capable of practicing what he preaches. Such restraint has made him immensely successful. A fact that hasn’t escaped his attention either. “I always knew I was going to be rich,” he once said. “I don’t think I ever doubted it for a minute.” We haven’t had much reason to doubt it either.
