Stretch to be Paddled: : Kittatinny Canoe’s Threshman’s Access to the Delaware River: Zane Grey Access (RM 278) 9.2 Miles ~ Smooth Water with Class II/III Rapids

Morning Travel on-your-own to Zane Grey Access Parking Area, 135 Scenic Drive, Lackawaxen, PA (day trippers meet and park here) - see direction link on page 3

7:15 a.m. Break Camp travel on own to Zane Grey Access – see directions on page 2 8:15 a.m. Breakfast at ZANE GREY ACCESS/NPS VISITORS CENTER 9:00 a.m. Load buses promptly (no later than 9:15 depart time) to shuttle to KC Threshman’s Access on the Lackawaxen River

10:00 a.m. Safety Briefing and Launch by 10:30 a.m. at latest NOTE: All rentals will be rafts. Those in kayaks must have and use their own spray skirts and helmets. No canoes and no one in kayaks without spray skirt & helmets – you will be in rafts. 12:00 p.m. Lunch and program on Upper Delaware Watershed 1:00 p.m. Resume paddling 3:00p.m. Take-out at Zane Grey Access, Lackawaxen, PA (RM 278 on the Delaware River) 4:00 p.m. Travel on your own to Driftstone on the Delaware Campground – see directions on pg. 3 Dinner on your own, set up camp and relax. 10:30 p.m. Quiet Hours in camp

Note: When you arrive, please check-in for campsite assignment (this is required). There are full shower and bathroom facilities at this location.

From NEWE Camp, head south on River Rd. and cross into New York via Kellams Bridge. Follow 97 South to Callicoon and follow directions in link above, continuing on 97 South and take the Roebling Bridge/Delaware Drive into Lackawaxen, Pa.
