Kindersley, SK: Golden West is excited to announce the launch Country 104.9 FM, West Central ’s Country Music Superstation tomorrow morning at 7:00 am local time!

“ has been very supportive of Mix 104.9 FM, even though it was a low-power station,” says Lyndon Friesen, President of Golden West Broadcasting Ltd. “So we are just thrilled to introduce a huge Country station with crystal-clear FM sound to West Central Saskatchewan”.

The new 100,000-watt Country station will provide Kindersley and West Central Saskatchewan with a better, stronger local radio service that covers a vast part of the region.
