The Under 6 Team took on Power House on the refurbished Bridge Street ground. Their dynamic game was very entertaining and enhanced by both teams scoring lots of tries and watching Russell and Bennie getting lots of exercise trying to keep up with the youngsters! Well played everybody!

The Under 8 Team had fun at Footscray even though the home team failed to show up with numbers. Northerns, Footscray and Eltham just made the most of their opportunity to play some rugby, and made a few friends in the process. Eltham squad:

Women's’ Rugby Yes, there is interest in running Women’s Rugby at ERUFC. We have the players, possibly for a senior and junior 7s team but as yet have no volunteers to coach or manage the team(s). VIVA 7’s is the new, non-contact version of rugby 7’s that can be played by male and female of all ages, no matter the sporting back- ground or experiences. Viva 7’s gives participants a safe and fun environment to have a high intensity workout. It’s the best way to get fit and have fun with your family and friends. VIVA7s has been introduced to bring new participants to rugby as well as give current players a social brand of game involvement. Viva 7’s allows juniors to learn the nuances of the sport, while practicing the basics, in a fun and safe environment. It allows for people of all abilities to explore their creative side.
