1 Annex A1 Information on Bto Flats in May 2017 Exercise ANNEX A1 INFORMATION ON BTO FLATS IN MAY 2017 EXERCISE DAKOTA BREEZE and PINE VISTA There are two BTO projects in Geylang Town offered for sale. Dakota Breeze is located at the junction of Jalan Satu and Jalan Dua while Pine Vista is bounded by Cassia Link and Pine Lane. The details are set out in Table A(1)(a). The roof gardens are accessible to the residents and also open to the public. 3 Both developments will be served by the Dakota MRT station and several public bus services plying along Guillemard and Old Airport Road. The developments are also easily accessible by car, from Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) and Kallang/ Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE). Residents may patronise the Kallang Airport Neighbourhood Centre (NC) where there is a market and food centre and eating outlets as well as a wet market to cater to their needs. For leisure and recreation, the residents can visit the Mountbatten Community Club. 4 To encourage an eco-friendly lifestyle, the developments are designed with several eco-friendly features such as eco-pedestals in bathrooms to encourage water conservation, motion sensor controlled energy efficient lighting at staircases and regenerative lifts to reduce energy consumption, etc. 1 2 FOREST SPRING @ YISHUN 5 Forest Spring @ Yishun is located along Yishun Avenue 1 and the details are set out in Table A(1)(b). For recreation, residents can visit Yishun Park and Yishun Swimming Complex or participate in the various activities organised by the Nee Soon East Community Club. Medical services are available at Yishun Polyclinic and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. 8 The development is linked by a network of bus services, providing good transport links to the Yishun Town Centre, where there are more shopping and dining options, such as Northpoint Shopping Centre. Marsiling Grove is bounded by Marsiling Road and Woodlands Street 13 while Woodlands Spring is bounded by Woodlands Drive 60 and Woodlands Avenue 6. The details are set out in Table A(1)(c). Both stations are linked to the Woodlands MRT station and bus interchange located in the regional centre, where a wide range of facilities and amenities is available, such as shopping and dining options at Causeway Point and Woodlands Civic Centre. In addition, Woodlands Spring will also be served by Woodland Mart (an HDB NC). Other recreation facilities include Woodlands Crescent Park, Woodlands Town Park East, Woodlands Town Garden, Woodlands Stadium and Sports Hall as well as Sports and Swimming Complex. For leisure, residents of Marsiling Grove can participate in the activities organized by the Marsiling Community Club while the residents of Woodlands Spring can patronize Woodlands Galaxy Community Club. 13 To encourage an eco-friendly lifestyle, both developments are designed with several eco-friendly features such as eco-pedestals in bathrooms to encourage water conservation, motion sensor controlled energy efficient lighting at staircases and regenerative lifts to reduce energy consumption, etc. Marsiling Grove is also designed with pneumatic waste conveyance system to provide cleaner waste disposal. 5 6 7 WOODLEIGH HILLSIDE 14 Woodleigh Hillside is bounded by Bidadari Park Drive and Bartley Road.
