The Store M3 Mall Grand Opening

The Store Supermarket and Departmental Store is the anchor tenant of the M3 Mall. It occupies 60 thousand square feet of the Mall and comprises of 3 µ oor of trading areas with 2 in 1 retail concepts. The Supermarket is located at the Ground Floor, provides wide range of merchandises such as fresh produce, groceries, sundries, toiletries, gadget products, electrical products, household selection and stationeries. The Departmental Store is located at 1st and 2nd µ oor, selling ranges of branded clothing of gents, ladies, baby and children, leather shoes and handbag.

The Store M3 Mall is strategically located in Wangsa Maju – Maluri Zone of Wilayah Persekutuan that resides with approximately 150 thousands residents. It is surrounded by higher education institution nearby such as UTAR, TAR College, National Islamic University , Malaysia Institute of Art and Setapak Vocational College. It aims to offer convenient service to the neighbour community with wide range of value for many products.

Buka Puasa Feast at KB Mall, Kelantan (10th June 2016) In embracing the spirit of Ramadan, Paci´ c Hypermarket and Departmental Store-KB Mall in collaboration with Nestlé Product Sdn. Bhd treated 60 orphanage children from Anak-anak Yatim Rumah Harapan to a buka puasa. The evening end with the handing out Raya Packet and special goodies by invited guest to all the kids. A video play special dedication from The Store Group with theme “Beramal Bersama Ceria Dikongsi” to bring a memorable joy of Ramadan.

As at the latest printing date, the MGO is yet to be completed. Tan Sri Tang and Puan Sri Khor are both the controlling and substantial shareholders of TYS.

On 3 January 2017, the Company had announced that the Company did not comply with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Listing Requirement of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd and TYS has indicated its intention not to maintain the listing status of the Company on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia. Accordingly, TYS does not intend to take any steps to address the shortfall in the public shareholding spread requirement of the Company.

After the completion of the MGO, TYS will maintain the existing business and operations of the Group. Nevertheless, they will carry out a review of the business and operations of the Group to improve its ´ nancial performance and may discontinue businesses which are deemed less viable to the Group.
