ON THE MAT WITH BRYAN MARTIN by Rasaaq Shittu

Q: What’s been a key element to your success this season? You’ve been out the past two years, so what’s changed between now and then? A: This year is different because I know its my last shot. It’s my senior year; I know there’s no “I’ll get em next year” for me. It’s over after this.

Q: What goes on in your mind during a match? Does it change for each opponent? A: I have certain strategies for certain people for sure, but for the majority of the time I just go into matches think- ing that I’m not allowed to lose. I can’t let my coaches, teammates, friends, or my family down. For those who have been following the Williamstown Wrestling team, it is clear to see that the squad is full of, as Q: What was your best match this year, in your opinion?
