Minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held in the Brannel Room, Fore Street, St Stephen on Wednesday 20th September 2017 commencing at 7.30pm.

In Attendance: Ruth Mills – Administrator and Cllr Mills.

Cllr Hatton ran through housekeeping procedures.

The Chairman advised everyone present that, if they intended to participate in the meeting, they could be recorded, photographed, filmed or otherwise reported about.

P94/17 Apologies: It was RESOLVED to accept apologies from Cllr Sibley and Councillor McLening.

P98/17 Previous Meeting Minutes: It was RESOLVED that the minutes of the ordinary meeting held on Wednesday 16th August 2017 and the extra ordinary meeting held on Wednesday 6th September 2017 be signed as a true and accurate record.

P99/17 Matters Arising: P87/17: Received confirmation of the Public Path Order from . Now awaiting confirmation from the High Court.

P100/17 Planning Applications: The following Planning Applications were considered –

17/07633 Land North Of Allens Garage, Cleers Hill, Cleers, Roche Proposed MOT/office building and removal of existing shed. RESOLVED: Support as no objections on the condition that the noise attenuation is adhered to.

17/08298 Higher Pennance Farm, Grampound Road, Raising of roof to provide first floor accommodation and covered entrances – Resubmission of PA17/01291 (withdrawn) RESOLVED: Support as no objections.

It was asked if it could be confirmed if there were any enforcements in place on the caravans sited at Higher Pennance Farm, Grampound Road.

P103/17 Road Name Request: It was RESOLVED to send a letter of support on the understanding that the appropriate consultations had taken place.

P104/17 Information and Answers:

1. Cllr Simpson gave feedback on the Planning Partnership meeting he had attended.

2. Cllr Mrs Wonnacott informed members that the Tregargus Trust Harvest Festival would be held on Friday 22nd September 2017.

3. Cllr Mrs Wonnacott reported that she had attended a meeting with Situ8 regarding the Neighbourhood Plan process.
