c) with regard to Thames Ditton Ward and Long Ditton Ward, the current Polling District CB be included in Thames Ditton Ward rather than Long Ditton Ward as per the LGCBE’s recommendation, subject to the following roads remaining in Long Ditton Ward:

 Westville Road (118 electors)  Southville Road (66 electors)  Thorkhill Gardens (51 electors)  Thorkhill Road (187 electors)  Rythe Bank Close (5 electors)  Mountholme (9 electors)  Rythe Court (68 electors)  The properties along Portsmouth Road between the junctions of Thorkhill Road and Rythe Court (32 electors)  The properties along Angel Road between the River Rythe and the railway line (57 electors)

(Total electors 593) d) with regard to Esher Ward, that the area of Lower Green located north of the railway line be included within Hinchley Wood & Weston Green Ward (707 electors); e) with regard to names of wards, the name of Esher be recommended to change to Esher & Hersham Riverside, and that the name of Oatlands Park & Burwood Park be recommended to change to Oatlands & Burwood Park; f) With regard to Hinchley Wood and Weston Green Ward, that Rosewood, being a set of 4 houses with a common drive off Manor Road North and Hawthorn on Claygate Lane (a total of 10 electors) be included in Long Ditton Ward in order to ensure good two-way access between the Lynwood salient and the remainder of the Ward; and g) No other changes to the remaining wards be proposed.
