Since she was seventeen, KC Fringe newcomer Caitlin Cook has lived by a code: if something scares her, she has to do it. Or, as she says, “It’s better to face your fears than fear your face.” LA-born, NYC-based, Oxford-educated, hyphen- addicted raconteur, Cook masterfully combines witty one- liners, bathroom graffiti and scintillating storytelling with hilariously irreverent musical comedy and projected visuals to demonstrate why asking yourself, “What’s the worst that could happen?” isn’t the worst way to make things happen.

Caitlin Cook has taken the stage all across the US, Canada, Europe, and Oceania at top-tier venues (such as Meltdown in ,

Union Hall in Brooklyn, and the Bill Murray in London), comedy clubs (such as the Stand in New York, ACME in Minneapolis, and the Comedy MIX in Vancouver), festivals (such as the New York Comedy Festival, HBO’s Women in Comedy Festival, and Brighton Fringe), theaters (such as the Theatre 99 in Charleston, the Lyric Hyperion in Los Angeles, and the Throckmorton in the Bay Area), dimly lit bar basements, strangers’ living rooms, and even a houseboat once. Caitlin is set to release her debut comedy album Zinger-Songwriter on Spotify, iTunes, and all other streaming platforms on July 5th. Additionally, Caitlin is about to release the podcast 5 Words with Sean Patton on the All Things Comedy network, run by Bill Burr and Al Madrigal.
