Over the weekend in Mexico City, many will be celebrating Dia de los Muertos, or the Day of the Dead. The city will be filled with celebrations, specialty performances, copious amounts of food, and vibrant colors will envelop the streets. This holiday provides many guests of Mexico City an inside look at the true culture of Mexico by paying respects to the dead as well as the celebration of their life. Traditional food such as Pan de Muertos (Day of the Dead Bread), Calaveras de Azucar (Sugar Skulls) and tamales will be served everywhere from local kitchens to high-end restaurants.

2019 F1 Team The son of double World Rally Champion, McLaren Car Number Carlos Sainz Jr. has racing in his blood. 55
Nationality Spanish
Date Of Birth Born in Madrid, 24-year-old Carlos Sainz Jr. enters his fifth year of Formula 1 September 1, 1994 racing in 2019 with his third team. After stints with Toro Rosso and Renault, Sainz has moved to McLaren for 2019.
Following early success in karting, Sainz moved up to single-seaters in 2010, aged 16. Some good early performances in Formula BMW got the attention of Red Bull, who signed the young Spaniard up for their driver development programme. A dominant display in the 2011 Formula Renault 2.0 series saw Sainz win the title with ten victories. Sainz continued to climb the motorsport ladder, competing in Formula 3, GP3 and Formula Renault 3.5 in 2012-2013. He won the latter series in 2014 with seven victories, which was enough to earn a call up to Formula 1 for 2015.
Over almost 3 seasons with the Italian-based Red Bull junior team, Sainz impressed many with his consistent point-scoring performances, including a best result of fourth at the 2017 Singapore Grand Prix. Sainz made a late- season switch from Toro Rosso to Renault in 2017 and delivered another consistent performance last year, scoring points in thirteen rounds and finishing 10th in the World Championship. He moves to McLaren for his fifth full season of Formula 1 in 2019.

SERGIO PEREZ
2019 F1 Team A native Mexican, Sergio Perez Mendoza Racing Point became the fifth Mexican to enter Formula Car Number 11 1 when he debuted in 2011. Nationality Mexican
Date Of Birth Perez began his career in karting with five champions before his single-seater January 26, 1990 debut in 2004 with the Skip Barber National Championship.
In 2005, Perez headed to Europe and Germany’s Formula BMW ADAC series for two years with success and then entered the British Formula Three series. He then propelled into the international class for 2008, where again he excelled and pushed him over the GP2 with the Asia Series. After success in GP2, Perez only had eyes for Formula 1 for 2011.
He signed with Sauber for the 2011 season and crossed the finish line seventh on his Grand Prix debut. After a bad crash during qualifying in Monaco, Perez still finished out the year 16th with 14 points on the table. After a successful 2012 season, Perez moved to McLaren for 2013 for a quick year and then over to Force India in 2014.
Perez had a fantastic year in 2014 and continued with Force India into 2015 where he secured the only podium finish for the team that season, but also vastly improved his qualifying performance. In 2016, Perez placed third for both Monaco and Baku, with a career-best seventh place standing for the championship. Most recently, “Checo” finished eighth in the drivers’ championship in 2018. For 2019, the Mexican retains his drive with the newly-named Racing Point F1 Team.
