Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama has again re-iterated his stance on the issue concerning the Catholic Church to have their own as Head Teachers and Principals of their schools.Speaking to FBC News, Bainimarama says the Catholic Church needs to follow the policies that are in place. He says policies and changes are implemented in such a way to benefit the education system and at the same time ensuring the delivery of quality education. “What the Catholic Church needs to do is to follow the policy, i have made it quite clear that the reforms we are doing with regards to principals and head teachers which they are against is to do with our students.” Bainimarama says the government will continue to find avenues to improve the education system.
