GO FOR THE GRAVY MEETING THIS MONDAY, OCTOBER 7th at 3:00 in Mrs. Ward's classroom. BE PART OF THE FLOCK and lend a hand! Agenda Items are but not limited to: -Pung up flyers in the community -Approaching businesses for sponsorship, door prizes, aendance -Organizing a t-shirt design contest...promong it during assembly on Friday, October 11th? -Creang a fabulous turkey to collect the numbered entry forms -Sign up sheets for KIDS FUN RUN, concession stand, outdoor organizers, mers, etc -etc, etc, etc... If you indicated interest to help organize GO FOR THE GRAVY in the volunteer form, you will be contacted individually. EVERYONE is encouraged to parcipate in the organizaon and parcipaon of this GREAT COMMUNITY EVENT! October is here and that means the Scholastic Book Fair is just around the corner!. We need volunteers to help set up, run the fair during conferences, and take down. It is a lot of fun so come & join us! Set-up date: Fri. Oct. 18 after school Book Fair dates: Thurs. Oct. 24 & Fri. Oct. 25 during parent conferences sign up for as many 2 hour shifts as you want! Take down: Fri. Oct. 25 at the end of fair

Spooktacular October 26th 2013 6PM to 9PM :HDUHVRH[FLWHGIRUWKLV\HDUpV+DOORZHHQFDUQLYDO6SRRNWDFXODU7KLVLVD wonderful opportunity for kids to celebrate in a safe environment with friends and family. Sign up sheets are now posted in both building A and B. You can also email Solveig at [email protected] if you are willing to volunteer. Parent participation is crucial to the success of this wonderful event. We will have as many as 30 booths/ stations and are trying to divide the night up into 1 hour work assignment so that you may enjoy the rest of the evening with your family. That means we need 90 volunteers!!! In addition to needing helpers for the night of, we also need people to prepare food and set-up/tear down the event.
