Because of the rate at which conditions change I also make no guarantees the websites listed in this product will still enable backlinks on their web pages. (There’s a bonus for you at the bottom in case some of them do decide to disable backlinks ;)) This product was created by Dario Montes de Oca © 2010 www.BestMarketingBlueprint.com ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. WARNING: Use these backlinks at your own risk! **Only use a maximum of TWO anchor text links for each site** The reason behind this is because… If you leave more than two links on each site, the moderators (website owners) will take notice of them and in all likelihood BAN people from using these sites for backlinks. You do not want to be banned and you DO NOT want to ruin the site for everyone including yourself by having the moderators disable this very beneficial feature on these sites. Therefore, it is VERY important you DO NOT place more than TWO backlinks on each site. Drill this in your head and remember it. Got it? Good. Now for the cool stuff… This product was created by Dario Montes de Oca © 2010 www.BestMarketingBlueprint.com ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. These are the same backlinks that moved my websites to the FIRST PAGE of Google in a very short period of time. You may or may not experience the same results simply because… It really depends on the amount of competition you’re dealing with! For example, if you Google “Dario” you will see my site on the first page. At the time of writing this I’m still working on getting my site to the #1 position for that keyword. But for other keywords I’ve targeted I shot right up to the #1 position on the search engines and stayed there. It really depends on your competition where your website will rank on the search engines for your chosen keywords. Once you’ve decided which keywords you want to target and which web pages you want to rank for (articles, blog, “money pages”, capture pages, etc.) then you simply go to each site listed below to place your two anchor text links. Scroll down to learn how to do this… This product was created by Dario Montes de Oca © 2010 www.BestMarketingBlueprint.com ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. How To Set-Up Your Anchor Text Links You’ll be setting your two anchor text links on each one of the sites listed below by using a code, mostly HTML, but sometimes BBC. These are the codes you will be using (You will need to enter and customize your own domain and selected keywords). HTML Code: <a href="http://www.YOURDOMAIN.com">YOUR KEYWORDS</a> BBC Code: YOUR KEYWORDS NOTE: Remember to use only TWO anchor text keyword links at a time for each website below! You can make two profiles for each website and still target other keywords on that site. For example: I go to http://www.Bakerina.com and I register for a profile. This product was created by Dario Montes de Oca © 2010 www.BestMarketingBlueprint.com ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. I will then target the keywords “Dario” and “Affiliate Marketing” for my campaigns. The links on my profile signature will look like this… Signature: Dario Affiliate Marketing If you want to target more than two keywords on that same website, you will then register ANOTHER profile and then create two more anchor text backlinks. You can do this for each profile you set up for the websites and use different keywords on each profile on the same website. Just remember to use only TWO anchor text links for each profile you register. You don’t have to use your “real name” for each profile you register either. I use a site called Fake Name Generator to come up with a new name and email address for me. I then use that information to register a profile so I can place my chosen anchor text keywords on that site. After that it’s simply wash, rinse and repeat. ;) ***Helpful Hint: I have found that having the HTML and BBC codes pre-written on “Notepad” is extremely convenient. I switch from Notepad to my web browser to copy and paste what I need to get the job done. This is highly recommended. This product was created by Dario Montes de Oca © 2010 www.BestMarketingBlueprint.com ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. 125 Unbelievable Anchor Text Backlinks What you need at this point: • A username • An email address • A first and last name • A password • And your HTML and BBC codes with your pre-selected chosen keywords and domain (written on Notepad for ultimate convenience) The first four you can make up with Fake Name Generator or use your real name and email. Just note that you will be receiving email messages to that email address to confirm your registration for most of the sites, which is why it’s convenient to just create email accounts for each username and keywords. Now, for each site below you will be looking for buttons where you can register a profile. These are the most common to look for: “Register” “Sign Up” “Create an Account” “Login” “Forum” This product was created by Dario Montes de Oca © 2010 www.BestMarketingBlueprint.com ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Once you’re logged in look for something that says: “Profile” “Edit Profile” “Settings” “Modify Profile” “User CP” “Edit Signature” “Edit Your Details” etc. In some cases the only place for this inside a forum will be under “Visitor Messages” This is where you can enter your HTML and post a message on your own profile. In other cases you will need to “Create a Blog” where you can then use HTML to anchor text your keyword. Look for anything that will let you enter your HTML or BBC code. Each one of the sites below (at the time of writing this) allows you to anchor text keywords on their site… So here you go: 125 Unbelievable Anchor Text Backlinks… In order of Page Rank, starting with PR 7: This product was created by Dario Montes de Oca © 2010 www.BestMarketingBlueprint.com ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Easy Steps to Improve SEO for Your Website How does Google rank web pages in the different types of results that matter to the real estate world? When searching Google, a great variety of different listings can be returned in the SERP (Search Engine Re- sults Page). Images, videos, news stories, instant answers and facts, interactive calculators, and even cheeky jokes from Douglas Adams novels (example) can appear. But for real estate professionals, two kinds of re- sults matter most-- traditional organic listings and local (or “maps”) results. These are illustrated in the que- ry below: Easy Steps to Improve SEO for Your Website How does Google rank web pages in the different types of results that matter to the real estate world? Many search results that Google deems to have local search intent display a map with local results (that Google calls “Places”) like the one above. On mobile devices, these maps results are even more common, more prominent, and can be more interactive, as Google results enables quick access to a phone call or di- rections. You can see that in action via the smartphone search below (for “Denver Real Estate Agents”): Easy Steps to Improve SEO for Your Website How does Google rank web pages in the different types of results that matter to the real estate world? Real estate professionals seeking to rank in Google’s results should pay careful attention to the types of results pro- duced for the queries in which they seek to rank. Why? Because Google uses two very different sets of criteria to de- termine what can rank in each of these.

Backlink Building Guide Version 1.0 / December 2019 Backlink Building Guide Why Backlinks are important Backlinks (links) is and has historically been one of the most important signals for Google to determine if a website or a page content is of importance, valuable, credible, and useful. If Google deems a specific piece of content to have higher importance, be more valuable, more credible and more useful, it will rank higher in their Search Engine Result Page (SERP). One of the things Google uses to determine the positions in SERP is something called page rank, and it’s a direct correlation between the number of backlinks and page rank. Therefore, the more backlinks a website has, the higher the likelihood that the site will also rank higher on Google. • Backlinks are one of the most importance factors of ranking in SERP • Backlinks result in higher probability of ranking higher in SERP Backlink Building Guide Version 1.0 / December 2019 The different types of Backlinks Currently there are two different types of backlinks, follow (also called dofollow) and nofollow. A follow backlink means that Google's algorithms follow the links and the page rank on the receiving website increases. A nofollow backlink is still a link and users can still follow it from one page to another, but Google does not consider nofollow backlinks in its algorithms i.e. it does not produce any effect to rank higher in SERP. The owner of the website decides if it’s a “follow” or “no follow” backlink. Common nofollow backlinks are links that website owners have no control over and are produced by others, for example, comment on blogs, forum posts or sponsored content.

  • Mining Anchor Text Trends for Retrieval
Mining Anchor Text Trends for Retrieval Na Dai and Brian D. Davison Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Lehigh University, USA {nad207,davison}@cse.lehigh.edu Abstract. Anchor text has been considered as a useful resource to complement the representation of target pages and is broadly used in web search. However, previous research only uses anchor text of a single snapshot to improve web search. Historical trends of anchor text importance have not been well modeled in anchor text weighting strategies. In this paper, we propose a novel temporal an- chor text weighting method to incorporate the trends of anchor text creation over time, which combines historical weights of anchor text by propagating the anchor text weights among snapshots over the time axis. We evaluate our method on a real-world web crawl from the Stanford WebBase. Our results demonstrate that the proposed method can produce a significant improvement in ranking quality. 1 Introduction When a web page designer creates a link to another page, she will typically highlight a portion of the text of the current page, and embed it within a reference to the target page. This text is called the anchor text of the link, and usually forms a succinct description of the target page so that the reader of the current page can decide whether or not to follow the hyperlink. Links to a target page are ostensibly created by people other than the author of the target, and thus the anchor texts likely include summaries and alternative represen- tations of the target page content. Because these anchor texts are typically short and descriptive, they are potentially similar to queries [7] and can reflect user’s informa- tion needs.

Crawl: Scour the Internet for content, looking over the code/content for each URL they find. 2. Index: Store and organize the content found during the crawling process. Once a page is in the index, it’s in the running to be displayed as a result to relevant queries. 3. Rank: Provide the pieces of content that will best answer a searcher's query, which means that results are ordered by most relevant to least relevant. Crawling Crawling is the discovery process in which search engines send out a team of robots (known as crawlers or spiders) to find new and updated content. • Google's Search Engine Optimization Starter Guide
Search Engine Optimization Starter Guide Welcome to Google's Search Engine Optimization Starter Guide This document first began as an effort to help teams within Google, but we thought it'd be just as useful to webmasters that are new to the topic of search engine optimization and wish to improve their sites' interaction with both users and search engines. Although this guide won't tell you any secrets that'll automatically rank your site first for queries in Google (sorry!), following the best practices outlined below will make it easier for search engines to crawl, index and understand your content. Search engine optimization is often about making small modifications to parts of your website. When viewed individually, these changes might seem like incremental improvements, but when combined with other optimizations, they could have a noticeable impact on your site's user experience and performance in organic search results. You're likely already familiar with many of the topics in this guide, because they're essential ingredients for any web page, but you may not be making the most out of them. Even though this guide's title contains the words "search engine", we'd like to say that you should base your optimization decisions first and foremost on what's best for the visitors of your site. They're the main consumers of your content and are using search engines to find your work. Focusing too hard on specific tweaks to gain ranking in the organic results of search engines may not deliver the desired results. Search engine optimization is about putting your site's best foot forward when it comes to visibility in search engines, but your ultimate consumers are your users, not search engines.
