Order ¶ 5 The Commission, considering it to be in the public interest, orders: • that the individuals in Schedule A attached comprises the Hearing and Review Chairperson Roster and Listed Company Review Panel Roster for any hearing and review conducted by the Exchange pursuant to the Rules in respect of Peter Rook-Green and Christopher Serin; and • that any decision by a Listed Company Review Panel consisting of individuals selected from Schedule A has the same force and effect as a decision of a Listed Company Review Panel contemplated by the Rules, and carries with it the same rights to a hearing and review under the provisions of the Act.
