ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14

TEMPORARY 10 MPH SPEED LIMIT - SOUTH WARWICKSHIRE SURFACE DRESSING 2018

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Order the effect of which will be to impose a temporary speed limit of 10 mph on the roads as indicated in the schedule below. The temporary speed limit is required for the safety of all road users and of the contractors working on the carriageway.

The Order will commence on 1 April 2018 and will last for a period of 18 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 30 September 2018.

PLEASE NOTE: The speed restriction will only be imposed whilst convoy work for surface dressing is being carried out to each road – advance signage will be in place as appropriate.
