Throughout my years volunteering for the St. Bernard Chamber of Commerce, I have seen much growth, success and a gradual shift towards this organization becoming vital to the success of St. Bernard Parish. Through our partnerships with other local chambers of commerce, and other regional affiliates, we have reached new audiences who have previously never heard of the virtues of our great parish. We have achieved a level of new exposure that highlights St. Bernard Parish as a wonderful place to do business, buy a home, and raise a family. The Chamber has been at the forefront of making the partnerships that are shifting those perceptions. From networking events, to business education, to leadership opportunities, St. Bernard Chamber is taking businesses and citizens to the next level in the new decade. Mindy Nunez Airhart Chairwoman St. Bernard Chamber of Commerce I am honored to be in the company of St. Bernard’s fiercest advocates for support, development, and growth of our local businesses. The Chamber of Commerce has blazed a trail promoting networking, committee memberships, and educational seminars for dedicated entrepreneurs in our Parish. The addition of our new CEO, Elizabeth Dauterive, and Marketing and Operations Manager, Jessie Eisner-Kleyle, have continued our upward trend in profitability, notoriety, and increased event attendance. Under the tireless leadership of present Chair, Mindy Nunez Airhart and past chair Kerri Callais the Chamber has met and crushed its goals for the year. We remain thankful for their contributions and leadership. As Vice Chair I am excited for the Chamber to set new standards for the new year. We hope to increase our membership expanding the wealth of resources offered to our members. We plan to add events spot lighting local businesses and provide opportunities for engagement with a wide variety of executives, local government officials, and community partners. Our goal is to be St. Bernard’s go-to resource for business advocacy, resources, community involvement, and professional development. We hope you will join us in supporting the economic growth of our Parish.
