CAST BIOS ‘A ROYAL CHRISTMAS’ LACEY CHABERT (Emily) – Regarded as one of the best young actresses of her generation, Lacey Chabert was exposed to drama and music performances in and around her hometown in Purvis, Mississippi from an early age. She gained her break in a cough syrup commercial before successfully auditioning for the Broadway production of Les Miserables, where she played young Cosette for two years. In 1998, she made her feature film debut as Penny Robinson in “Lost in Space.” Chabert’s resume is as extensive as it is versatile. Constantly delivering memorable performances, she has quickly become one of Hollywood’s most sought-after talents. She is best known for her role as Claudia on the Golden Globe Award®-winning FOX television series “Party of Five” and can currently be seen on ABC Family’s “Baby Daddy.” She has also appeared in “All My Children” as well as several made-for-TV movies, including “Gypsy” starring Bette Midler, “A Little Piece of Heaven” with Cloris Leachman, Hallmark Channel’s “Matchmaker Santa” opposite Florence Henderson and John Ratzenberger and Lifetime’s “What If God Were The Sun?” starring opposite Gena Rowlands. Known for her natural acting skills and warm, charming personality, Chabert’s cotton candy voice has been in numerous animated films and TV shows, including Nickelodeon’s “The Wild Thornberrys,” Sony’s “The Spectacular Spider-Man,” FOX’s “Allen Gregory” and most recently, Warner Brother’s “Young Justice.” ### STEPHEN HAGAN (LEO) – Talented Irish actor Stephen Hagan decided to pursue his passion for acting while growing up in Belfast, Ireland. After training at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, he has seen success in theater, film and television. In the United Kingdom, Hagan has appeared in many stage productions, including the original cast of the West End/Broadway hit production End of the Rainbow, Cyrano de Bergerac opposite Joseph Fiennes in Chichester Festival Theatre, The York Relist at Riverside Studios, The Real Thing at Salisbury Playhouse and The Giant at Hampstead Theatre. He also had a recurring role on the BBC drama "The Cut" and miniseries “Injustice” in 2011. More recently, he filmed the CBS TV pilot “Identity” and the ITV series “Midsomer Murders,” slated for a 2015 release. In film, Hagan starred in the Steven Seagal action movie “Against the Dark,” directed by Richard Crudo, and can also be seen in the TV movie “Best: His Mother’s Son,” and the 2014 release soccer movie “Shooting for Socrates.” ### JANE SEYMOUR (Isadora) – A multiple Emmy® and Golden Globe® winner, and recipient of the Officer of the British Empire (OBE) in the year 2000, which was bestowed upon her by Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace, Jane Seymour has proven her talents in virtually all media, the Broadway stage, motion pictures and television. Her love of art and color has led to her great success as a painter in watercolors and oils and as a designer. Seymour’s past films include the James Bond movie “Live and Let Die,” the cult classic “Somewhere in Time” and the comedy smash “Wedding Crashers.” Her television credits include the Emmy® Award winning performance in “Onassis: The Richest Man in the World” as Maria Callas, “East of Eden” for which she was awarded a Golden Globe®, the mini-series “War and Remembrance” and her Golden Globe® winning role as Dr. Quinn on “Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman,” which ran for six seasons. Her upcoming projects include the feature films “Bereave” which Seymour also produces and co-stars with Malcolm McDowell, and the independent film “Scout.” Daughter of a British obstetrician and his Dutch wife, Seymour was born in Hillingdon, England and raised in Wimbledon. She began training in dance at an early age, and was just thirteen when she made her professional debut with the London Festival Ballet. That same year, she entered the Arts Educational Trust for dance, music and theatre training and danced with the visiting Kirov Ballet at Covent Garden. In addition to acting, Seymour has written over 10 books, including her most recent, The Wave, along with Open Hearts Family, Among Angels, Open Hearts, Making Yourself At Home and Remarkable Changes. She also launched Jane Seymour Designs, a national lifestyle brand inspired by her homes, art and family-centered lifestyle. It provides funds to charitable organizations in the areas of health, the arts, education and sports, and honors individuals that exemplify the Open Heart Philosophy in their service to others. ### KATHERINE FLYNN (Natasha) – Actress Katie Flynn began her acting career in New York after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University. As the daughter of multiple award-winning actress and America’s beloved “Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman,” Jane Seymour, Flynn had big shoes to fill, but has come into her own as an actress, writer and producer on stage and screen. Flynn has guest starred on several hit TV series, including “The Office,” “Numb3rs,” “The Wedding Bells” and Comedy Central’s “The Kroll Show.” In 2011, she co-starred with her mom and Matt Jones in the Hallmark Channel Original Movie “Perfectly Prudence.” Her film credits include supporting roles in “Blind Dating” and, most recently, “Wake.” She has also had lead roles in “The Auteurs” and “Chloe and Keith’s Wedding.” In addition to acting, Flynn has also shown her talents writing the Comedy Central web series, “Quitters,” with writing partner Crystal Angel, in which she also had a lead role. Her other web series credits include guest starring in Jonathan Krisel’s Funny or Die exclusive “Rich Dicks,” Strike TV’s “House Poor” and AMC’s “Trivial Pursuits,” directed by Peter Glanz. Trained at the William Espers Studios, and with Howard Fine, Scott Sedita, Tanya Berezin and Mara Casey, Flynn is constantly at work on her craft.
