Pork Roll (Duroc Pork & American Wagyu Beef) $10 per lb. comes in 5-in diameter pieces about 1 lb. each This unique American sausage from New Jersey is a cross between summer sausage and Spam. Fully cooked and smoked, but intended to be sliced and fried as a breakfast meat or grilled for a fantastic sandwich with cheese and mayo on a roll.
