Remarks: 1. Above reflects the general policy for empty return of COSCO SHIPPING Lines-owned or longterm leased (NO off-hire) equipment under base- port B/L into COSCO SHIPPING Lines-contracted depots mentioned above, valid as of Febuary 1st 2018 until March 31st 2018 (based on B/L–date). Germany 2. Requests for empty restitutions generally have to be sent to COSCO SHIPPING Europe GmbH(POD office or Empty-returned local office) in time and confirmed in writing in each particular case. If you have any difficulty in retrun empty when contact with COSCO SHIPPING Europe GmbH, please also inform us SHA HQ. 3. The final actual faclility address will be designated by local office based on the updated situation. For example, if COSCO SHIPPING Europe GmbH agree your drop-off request at DEHAM(Hamburg), that will be up to Hamburg office's instruction that your final drop-off facility address-- HAM11 or HAM08.
4. COSCO SHIPPING Lines reserves the right to adjust the rates for certain places with one month notice in advance of the ETA date.
5. All drop-off-charges generally have to be collected at destination / by agency in charge. If you need to do the prepaid payment at POL when place booking, please request the POL office to add in to the manifest with the charge code as EID after SHA HQ's approval. The prepaid EID generally cannot be refunded when you finally not drop at the designated depot. The destination office need to check the EID prepaid at POL as per manifest. If there is any deficit, it should be invoiced to the consignee by destination office before actual approval.
6. The "nil" in rates column means it is no possible for fak to return empty in that depot with certain container size till futher notice; Please check with the local offices in advance if you intend to return empty at depots with remarks as "*"; Poland inland depots are sub to special demands, situations and need your checking with the local office in advance.
