MESSAGE f r o m t h e FOUNDER the Terry Foundation approaches its twenty-fifth JL JL anniversary next year, a modest beginning in 1986 has evolved into the states largest private source of scholarship funding for eight Texas public universities. After its first seventeen years at the University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M University, the Foundation expanded in 2004 to include Scholars at the University of Houston and at Texas State University-San Marcos. Later in 2006, the program expanded again to the University of Texas at San Antonio and the University of Texas at Dallas, and again in the fall of 2010 to the University of North Texas in Denton. In 2010, the Board of Directors approved additional growth for the Terry Foundation Scholarship Program to Texas Tech University in Lubbock. Our growing family of graduates are serving their communities in virtually every occupation and field of service imaginable.
