At Lakota Nation Invitational (LNI), the Little Wound Mustangs displayed Mustang Chess Mustang pride. Hanna Brunch won first in the art contest.

Her hard work earned her an award winning Knowledge Bowl Champs painting. Our Mustang Business Plan Chess Coach, took his team to compete. The team consists of Jake Janis (Junior), competitors performed well with Tokala Janis (Sophomore), Jessica Zimiga (Senior), Waikayan Dreapeaux their interesting presentations. (Sophomore), Johnnie Plenty Bull (Junior), Terrance Desersa (Junior), and Carson Angelina Rojas (Junior), Antonio Rojas Milk (Sophomore). The Mustang Chess team took first place in the competition. Mr. Jake Janis took second best player overall and Mr. Tokola Janis took third (Sophomore), Alaura Apple (Senior), Lillie Steele (Freshman), Grace Eagle best player overall. Congratulations Mustang Chess team!
