Thank you for your information request of 24 September 2019. Aberdeen City Council (ACC) has completed the necessary search for the information requested. Our response is now detailed below.

1.How many Secondary Schools are in your Local Authority? Please provide a list of these schools. There are 11 Secondary Schools, names as follows:

Of each of these schools, in the year 2018/2019 how many pupils were in 4th and 5th year - please provide the number for each year for each school and not collectively for East Dunbartonshire Council? Please provide the total number for 4th year pupils and 5th year pupils separately and not as a cumulative total. For the avoidance of doubt please provide it using the following example format: 4th Year 5th Year Lenzie Academy 20 30 We are unable to provide you with information on of each of these schools how many marking reviews were forwarded to SQA for both 4th year and 5th year pupils. Please provide the total number for 4th year pupils and 5th year pupils separately and not as a cumulative total as it is not held by ACC. In order to comply with our obligations under the terms of Section 17 of the FOISA, we hereby gives notice that this information is not held by us.
