Official Contest Rules Tallahassee Safe Driving Contest: Contest Homepage Prize: $5,000 Scholarship Location: Tallahassee Region, FL (USA) Contest Duration: January 1st, 2019 through December 31st, 2019. Eligibility High school or college students whose home address is in the greater Tallahassee, FL region (some parts of Georgia) of the United States are encouraged to participate in the Tallahassee Safe Driving Contest. Students must be 16 to 21 years of age, who will attend a college, university, or trade school immediately following their graduation. You will receive an email with a link to the Motovate app to join the contest. 3. Use the Motovate app to stay focused while you drive. a. Pull up the app before driving b. Don’t use your phone while you’re driving c. The app will record safe miles driven 4. Each safe trip recorded with the app earns you an entry to win the grand prize. Page 2 of 3 Selection of Winners The first entry pool to win will close at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on June 1st, 2019, and the second entry pool at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on December 1st, 2019. Random drawings will be made from the pools, and the winner will be notified via email within 30 days of each drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Use of Name, Likeness, Etc. As a condition of entering the contest and receiving any prize, each winner and their parents or legal guardians will be required to consent to the use of their name, age, area of residence, and school name. You will also be required to be interviewed for any publicity for feature stories and interviews for print, online, and television. You must also consent to using your likeness and prize information, without limitations, for promotional purposes without further payment. Release By entering the contest, you and your parents or legal guardians release and agree to hold harmless Fonvielle, Lewis, Messer, McConnaughhay, TextNinja Co., and each of their partners or employees, from any liability whatsoever in connection with entering the scholarship, accepting any scholarship monies, or anything that may arise related to the contest.
