2. Using your map, make your way to the Avalanche. Now take the first road on your right. This will take you to the Millennium Sundial. Think of the contrast between the speed of the sundial and the rides. Write out 3 similes to describe this. E.g.: 'The ride was as fast as the wind'; 'The sundial stood like a stone‘

3. Now go and stand underneath the Big One. Write out 3 metaphors that describe different sections of the ride. E.g.: 'It touches the sky.‘

4. Walk across to the Go Karts. Write out 3 words/phrases using onomatopoeia to describe the sights and sounds. E.g. Buzz, Zoom.

5. Walk round to stand with your back to Nickelodeon Land, and look at the Revolution. Underline 3 words from the list that describe your feelings about the ride.
