Takescare of thef ootball despite a reputation for beinga gun-slinger.U nderstands eye manipulation and canmove the safeties beforem aking his throw. Very mobile insideandoutsideof the pocket. Doesn't mind going up to gett hefootball over the defender. Leaping ability with his size difficult to defend. Long arms to go along with vertical gives quarterback plenty of area tot hrow at. Positions the defender wherehe wantsb efore tracking the football and making the play. Gets after it as a blocker in the run game.

Cons: Does not explode ins hort area quickness despite quality combine tests to the contrary. Would like tose e more separationat the top of the route. Will att imes lose the handfighting game and have hisroute ruinedby the defender.C an be pushed around att imes.

KJ Hamler - Penn State 5'9 178 - (43rd overall rating)

Pros:S lot receiver,w ith kickoff and punt return ability. Zone buster who forces the defense to honor hisdeepspeed. Did notru n the 40 at the NFL Combine,i nsists hecan run 4.3 range.
