Undertook the taking of evidence on commission on behalf of United States Courts. Managed arbitration (including ICC and LMAA arbitration in London), case appraisal, expert determination and other alternative dispute resolution processes, as well as having conducted, and represented parties at, mediations of large commercial disputes.
