\ NOTICE Dated ~ -6 /06/2019

With reference to the Advertisement No. 01 / 2019 Dt. 08.02.2019 for various Non-Teaching positions, eligible candidates as listed in Annexure-II & III are informed to appear for a Skill Test for the posts of Technical Assistant, Department of Education (08 Nos.), and Technical Assistant, Computer Centre (10 Nos.), as per the schedule given in Annexure-I.

The eligible applicants are also informed to bring all testimonials in original (including 'No Objection Certificate' from their employer, Caste Certificate including valid Non Creamy Layer certificate, if not submitted earlier, wherever required) in support of their candidature and a set of self-attested photocopy of the originals, without which they may not be allowed to appear in the Skill Test. The eligible candidates are to bring filled-in ADMISSION SLIP (format given herewith at the end).

All the eligible applicants are also informed that since there will be no personal interview as stated in the Advertisement, the final selection and appointment to the post will be done on the basis of the Skill Test and modalities detailed in Annexure-I. Please note that the eligibility of candidature of all applicants is PROVISIONAL and subject to further verification with the original documents / certificates, which may be done at various stages during the process of final selection/appointment. Hence, all candidates are to. bring all relevant certificates/documents as stated above without fail for appearing in the Skill Test.

Applicants not attending the Skill Test will automatically become in-eligible, repeat, in-eligible for the final selection.

No TAlDA will be provided for attending the Personal Interview.

Further, lists of the in-eligible applicants [Technical Assistant, Department of Education (23 Nos.), and Technical Assistant, Computer Centre (44 Nos.) are also given in the Annexure-IV & V along with the reason(s) for not being called.

N.B. A general and short e-mail message is being sent to the e-mail address of eligible candidates for their information. Individual Call Letters have not been issued separately. If any candidate does not receive the call letter (through e-mail), he/she may appear in the Skill Test on the basis of this notice. ~01 Registrar

Modalities of Overall Evaluation including Skill Test (Total 100 Marks)

The final selection will be made based on: (i) a Skill Test (60 questions; 60 marks), (ii) academic records (30 marks) and (iii) Desirable Criteria (10 marks) The Skill Test will be ofMCQ type with no negative mark.

Mobile phones and other electronic gadgets are not allowed during the Skill Test. .,

Evaluation criteria for Academic Records will be as follows:

Evaluation pattern for desirable criteria will be as follows:

Work experience
