Washing service

Leave the ironing to us – or let us know when you want to get your duvet, a fine-knit jumper, or your regular daily laundry done.

This is how it works:

Collect a washing bag from the Customer Services office, fill it with your washing and pass it back to us. As soon as your laundry is finished, we’ll send you an email to let you know that it’s ready to pick up. We can get your regular laundry back to you, washed and folded, within two days. Special items (see the clothing list) will be washed, ironed, folded and ready for pickup in seven days.

The cleaning company is obliged to select the appropriate cleaning method for each item of laundry. This will be decided based on the manufactu- rer’s washing label. The cleaning company will choose the cleaning method based on the care label on each item to be washed, unless the custo- mer gives the cleaning company other instructions. The cleaning company assumes no liability for the cleaning of clothing and laundry items which do not have care labels. Cleaning will be performed entirely at the customers’ risk.

The cleaning company assumes no liability for normal wear and tear, shrinkage, loss of or damage to buttons, buckles, zippers, rubber edging, ties, padding or other objects attached to the laundry items.
