The original explorers of this process, an alien race of heaven, with the intention that they were the defenders of the Earth, leading them to an inevitable war against their destructive fellow, deviant. The Eternal was created by Jack Kirby and first appeared in The Eternals No 1 in July 1976. Eternal will debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe with its own feature film Eternal on February 12, 2021. The story of the story begins in an archaeological excavation, in the ruins of the Inca Empire, with archaeologists Ike Harris, Daniel Damian and his daughter Margot Damian. There they find ruins dedicated to giant visitors from space who came to Earth during the Reign of the Incas, including the observatory and many other wonders. Ike Harris reveals to them his true nature: he is not a man, but an eternal one, and his real name is Icaris. He tells them about aliens, it is the celestials who visited the earth in the heavenly First Bones and experimenting with primates, endow their intelligence. This gave birth not only to humanity, but also to eternal and deviant. And even more than that, Ikaris was looking for this camera to summon a beacon that would bring the gods back to Earth. And, although a group of deviants appear on the spot to prevent this, Ikaris manages to activate it, and soon a giant spaceship arrives on the spot. After the defeat, the deviant General Crowe and his soldiers run from the crypt back to their underwater city. Icaris tells something else about them: in the early days, the deviants were stronger than the human race and forged a cruel and oppressive empire until the second celestial Bones arrived and destroyed the deviant empire with atomic bombs, the tsunami destroyed everything, and Ikari managed to rescue a small ship with numerous people and animals in chaos. The Third Heavenly Bones, on the other hand, was more innocuous, they just settled for a while among the Incas and explored the development of the world. To communicate with the heavens, Ikaris found a form in another crypt: launching the The Crypt of Resurrection, Ikaris brought back to life the legendary Hero of the Inca Tekumozin, the Lord of the Escape... which turns out to be Ajak, another eternal, which is atomicly reconstructed along with several other Incas. The purpose of the Fourth Master was revealed by the appearance of the first heaven: being Harish, it became clear that they had come to judge the results of their experiments to decide in 50 years whether the Earth would continue to live or not. During this time, the base in the Wenes Mountain Range will be closed and no one will be able to enter or leave. Ajak and Professor Damian stayed, and Icaris and Margot left. General Crowe developed a plan to confront the heavenly. Using the power of his species, he changed his face to resemble the Devil. They will attack New York dressed as astronauts, so that humanity believes that they are the victim of an alien invasion, and thus go to war with heaven and fight the war that the deviant desire. Icaris intercepted his ship and followed them to try to prevent his actions, left Margot in the care of the eternal Cersi and rushed into battle... but was defeated and captured, as were Cerses and Margot. But before being captured, Cersei contacted Olympia, the hidden city of the eternal, and Macarry went to his aid with Theme, the daughter of the greats. They forced Kro to stop the attack, negotiate a truce and organize the release of the prisoners. Eternal and deviant they went to university with Professor Samuel Holden and presented them to anthropology students. After that, Icaris, Margot and Macharry went to Olympia, and Tena and Kro, who were once lovers, went to Lemuria, a deviant city; leaving extrovert Cersy with the shy Professor Samuel, whom he finds fascinating. At the foot of Des, agents from S.H.I.E.L.D. are captured by heaven, and when reborn inside the base, they uselessly try to attack one of the celestials with the help of an atomic device. After this incident, the heavenly decide to leave the base and travel the world, leaving it only Harish. Agents turn back into packages when trying to escape. Thena is present with Kro confrontation deviant gladiators: Proscript, despised by his race for being born with an all-human face, against Karkas, a giant and monstrous deviant. Despite the fact that beauty, ban the fearsome fighter, and achieves the feat of victory over The Carcass and then tries to attack the deviant leaders. Thena takes them both under her protection. Shortly after the arrival of Ikaris, Margot and Macarri in Olympia, zuras makes a big appeal to all the eternal all over the world to go to the city. Thena takes Karkas and Proscript with her, and Sersi appears with Professor Samuel. While the Soviet Union uselessly attacks one of the celestials with an atomic projectile, all eternal, and their two human visitors (two deviants do not participate), begin a great ritual that unites them in a single living organism, Unimente. After all the eternal come together for this ritual, the deviants send a giant bomb to the ship of heaven, hoping to destroy it. Goblin, the eternal, who did not participate in the ritual and stood watching the monitors, turns to the only other eternal, forgotten who was forever in prison. He turned the cell into a ship and went to intercept the deviants. And add to that a NASA spacecraft that was trying to explore as much as possible about the celestial spacecraft. Heavenly on board changes them all from the ship: people appear on the ship eternal, deviants on a human rocket (and fall into the ocean, not knowing how to cope with it), and the eternal on board the deviant bomb manages to destroy it before it can attack the heavenly. Back on Earth, Uniment exudes cosmic energies that accidentally come to life mechanical imitation of the Hulk, which the eternal manages to defeat after a tough struggle. The fight opens the crypt of Dromedan, whom they also defeat. Icaris is kidnapped by Druigo, his relative, who wants to know the location of a weapon that can kill the heavenly, but dies when activated. The story told by Jack Kirby remained unfinished due to the cancellation at number 19. Incorporating into the Marvel universe In his first concept, Eternal were not part of the Marvel Universe, Jack Kirby preferred to work with complete freedom. But then managers found a dilemma as to whether to include them anyway or not. Each pose had its pros and cons. The main advantage would be to be able to have characters and concepts developed there that would otherwise have been lost. Cersei had a notorious involvement among the Avengers, and the celestials were used in important space sagas. The downside is that, being in another fictional universe, their unification can give rambling or even contradictory situations that otherwise would not have been. The emergence of two new divergent races of humanity, or even an extraterrestrial race, as heaven ceases to be so shocking if it happens in a context where such races or entities already exist. On the other hand, Olympia, the eternal forgotten and the zuras himself are clear references to Hercules, zevs and mount Olympus of Greek mythology, references that do not fit into the Marvel universe, which already has its own vision of the nature of the Greek gods, and even their own Hercules. But, of course, the decisive aspect that tipped the scales in favor of inclusion was the fact that the story was unfinished. In addition to the Marvel Universe, the celestial test can be finished in the Thor series. Changes For the introduction of the eternal into the Marvel universe mainly used the collection What If (What if...?, a collection dedicated to the description of alternative realities) between numbers 23 to 30 and the regular collection of Thor. What if the numbers? mentioned the arrival of the first celestial master, and after that the eternal created the great city of Titanos. There were discussions about eternal positions on other races, with Chronos for Peace and Research and Uranus in favor of military expansionism, their discussions reached the point of provoking civil war. Uranus was defeated and driven from the earth. Twenty exiles managed to land on the planet Uranus, where they found an abandoned base of aliens Cree, having visited the system shortly before. They destroyed the watch cannon, guarding it, and the destruction of the robot was automatically alerted to Cree, who sent a fleet of ships to investigate.

While it is obvious. that these comic books can be used in the classroom as a source of reading material, it is tot so obvious that these comic books, with great economy, simplicity, and narrative density, can be used to further introduce novice readers to the techniques found in narrative and to the terms employed in the study and discussion of a narrative. The output of the Marvel Conics Group in particular is literate, is both narratively and pbSlosophically sophisticated, and is ethically and morally responsible. Some of the narrative tecbntques found in the stories, such as the Spider-Man episodes, include foreshadowing, a dramatic fiction narrator, flashback, irony, symbolism, metaphor, Biblical and historical allusions, and mythological allusions.4MKM1 4 4 *********************************************************************** * Reproductions supplied by EDRS are the best that can be made * * from the original document. * *********************************************************************** ) U SOEPANTMENTO, HEALD..
