Sealed Tender in single packet, for licensing of the Contract of Cycle/Motorcycle/Scooter/Composite/Car Parking stand for a period of 03(three) years only, at 24 locations viz. Bandel-A, Bandel-E, Jirat, Rishra-III, Bazarsau, Tribeni-II, Tenya, Sheoraphuly- I, Sheoraphuly-II, Balagarh, Belerhat, Dhatrigram, Singur, Lakshmipur, Belanagar, Salar, Rasulpur- I, Gurap, Guptipara-I, Guptipara-II, Debipur-II, Gangatikuri, Boinchi-I & Boinchi-II stations over Howrah Division are invited by the Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Railway, Howrah. Tender for each station shall be treated as separate tender.

1. NAME OF WORK AND ITS LOCATION: Operation of Cycle/Motorcycle/Scooter/Composite/Car Parking stand at 24 locations viz. Bandel-A, Bandel-E, Jirat, Rishra-III, Bazarsau, Tribeni-II, Tenya, Sheoraphuly-I, Sheoraphuly-I, Balagarh, Belerhat, Dhatrigram, Singur, Lakshmipur, Belanagar, Salar, Rasulpur- I, Gurap, Guptipara-I, Guptipara-II, Debipur-II Gangatikuri, Boinchi-I & Boinchi-II stations over Howrah Division. 2. APPROXIMATE COST (Reserve Price) & EARNEST MONEY: Different for each station. Details are available in Tender Document and Notice Board at the office of Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Railway, Howrah, Rail Yatri Niwas (4th floor), Howrah – 711101.

3. COST OF TENDER FORM – Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) only for parking contract at Guptipara-II, Rishra-III, Tribeni-II, Singur, Bandel-A, Bandel-E, Sheoraphuly-I, Sheoraphuly-II, Boinchi-II & Debipur-II and Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) only for parking contract at Jirat, Bazarsau, Tenya, Balagarh, Belerhat, Dhatrigram, Lakshmipur, Belanagar, Salar, Rasulpur- I, Gurap, Guptipara-I Gangatikuri, & Boinchi-I stations.

4. PERIOD OF WORK (CONTRACT): 03 (three) years.

5. TENDER FORM & DOCUMENTS can be purchased from the office of Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Railway, Howrah, Rail Yatri Niwas (4th floor), Howrah – 711101 on any working day from 15.11.2016 to 05.12.2016 (11hrs. to 17hrs.) on submission of original Money Receipt obtainable from Misc. cash counter, Booking Office / Howrah (Old Complex) and can be downloaded from the official website www.er.indianrailways.gov.in & www.tendertimes.com.

6. DATE & TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF TENDER: From 15.11.2016 to 05.12.2016 (11hrs. to 17hrs.) & 06.12.2016 upto 13.00hrs.

7. OPENING OF TENDER: 06.12.2016 at 14.00hrs
