During this time, HLI has been an active part of semi- nary formation on life issues, and thanks in large part to the efforts of HLI Director of Francophone Africa, George Wirnkar, each one of these seminaries includes HLI’s Seminarians for Life International program. You will also read in this newsletter about the very effective presence of HLI and its Affiliates at the Organization of American States (OAS) General Assembly held in Washington, D.C. earlier this year.
