Plant-based restaurant Grön has been get- ting a lot of media attention lately. Alber- tinkatu's relaxed experimentalists have been praised since they opened in 2015, but after the restaurant was given a Michelin star this spring, as being the only Finnish newcomer on the list, the weekends have been fully booked.
