Travel north to Dún na mBó to view Eagle Island (a stone’s throw from the cliffs) and onwards near Erris Head to see Ballyglass Lighthouse (on the mainland). Get stuck in & make something to take home with you. [Open Sundays 11.30am to 4.30pm during summer] o Go Wild in the Atlantic Ocean – coasteering, kayaking or surfing with Wavesweeper Sea Adventures or UISCE – an amazing experience for both kids & adults! o Enjoy a leisurely cycle around Erris or follow one of the many looped routes, e.g. Carrowmore Lake Loop. [Note: Belmullet is a national cycle hub] o Lunch or dinner ‐ enjoy the taste of locally‐sourced ingredients in one of the award‐ winning restaurants of Erris.
