[LITE]COM Group rehearsel facility has this year been finalized and approved for audiences up to 2000 people by default.

The capacity of an average spread production of 176 tons.
[LITE]COM Group own transformer station can provide 3x1600 Amps which are dis- tributed to 8 different location in the venue ranging from Powerlock 400A to outlets of 16*1CEE will give any production a good head start.

HIRING CONDITIONS
1. Collection and delivery of equipment: The hire commence at 08:00 a.m. or as agreement in the order confirmation. 2. Photo ID shall be produced at collection and delivery of equipment. 3. [LITE]COM A/S has a 24 hour phone support on +45 32 96 16 81 on which it is possible - on payment - to require an employee for delivery of equipment round-the-clock, as well as in weekends and on holidays. The last day in the hire period is specified in the rental contract and the equipment shall be returned no later than 8:30 a.m. on the following day. If the hire period ends outside [LITE]COM A/S’s opening hours, return can take place according to agreement between the hirer and [LITE]COM A/S. 4. Equipment shall always be returned cleaned and undamaged and in good working condition. [LITE]COM A/S calculates DKK 500.00 per hour commenced for cleaning. Repairs will be made at a professional workshop on a time basis. 5. [LITE]COM A/S has checked the equipment before delivery. Hirer confirms full function of the equipment at collection, after having the opportunity to test the equipment. Hirer will take responsibility of the equipment at collection at [LITE]COM A/S, Kirstinehøj 12, DK-2770 Kastrup. 6. If errors/damages on the equipment arises or the equipment is lost during the hire period, [LITE]COM A/S shall immediately be contacted and damaged equip- ment returned for evaluation, whether replacement of equipment shall be supplied or repair shall be made. If equipment is lost or damaged, the hire period the equipment in question will be prolonged until the equipment is repaired or replaced and returned to [LITE]COM A/S. 7. If equipment is stolen, hirer will see to that a police report is issued for use of insurance. If errors occur, which are not caused by mis-operations, accidents, profound mechanical influence or other vandalism, as a general rule, [LITE]COM A/S will offer to exchange damaged equipment free of charge on [LITE]COM A/S’s address to replacement of the equipment (not necessarily same type and year) within 48 hours from the time that [LITE]COM A/S in writing has been informed of the damage. Replacement of the equipment is covered by the same conditions / agreements of hire as the original equipment. 8. Liability: LITE]COM A/S is not liable to compensation in consequence of force majeure, defective equipment or wrong use of equipment. 9. Conditions of insurance: All leases are ascribed to insurance, which are: • In Denmark: 5% of listed price of the hire • In Europe (outside Denmark): 6% of listed price of the hire, Shall be notified in advance • Outside Europe after offer from insurance company Conditions of insurance can be read below. 10. Payment: If you do not have an account at [LITE]COM A/S, the hire price incl. a € Euro 670,00 deposit must be paid in advance, at the latest at collection of the equipment. Transcript of the company’s registration from the relevant Commerce and Companies Agency shall be produced at registration as credit customer. In case credit customers exceed final date of payment, an interest rate of 2% per month commenced will be charged. 11. Cancellation: Where nothing else is stated in the order confirmation, cancellation up until 72 hours before the start of the lease, no fee is charged. From 72 hours until 24 hours before start of the lease, 50% of the lease price is charged. From 24 hours before start of the lease, full lease is charged. All costs covered by [LITE]COM A/S to prepare the hire, holding in reserve or sub-renting equipment, facilities or vehicles shall be paid by the hirer. 12. Transport: Transport of the equipment is at hirers own expenses. Days for transport are settled with 50% of the hire price per day (maximum 2 days).By entry into certain countries, a Carnet is required. Carnets can be elaborated by [LITE]COM A/S at hirer’s expense. 13. All prices are in DKK, excl. V.A.T., freight and the like. Reservations are made for misprints and change of prices in [LITE]COM A/S’s pricelist as well as on [LITE]COM A/S’s homepage: www.litecom.dk Conditions of Hire only apply to [LITE]COM A/S’s own equipment. Other conditions might apply at sub rental. 14. Conditions of insurance: Coverage:The insurance covers the ensured items during transport in Denmark and Europe as well as during stay and use outside the policyholders business address. All equipment has to be kept under safe conditions at all time during rental. The ensured items are among others but not limited to technical equipment during the hiring out to customers. Insurance cover: The insurance covers any physical damage on or loss of the ensured items in consequence of an accident will befall on these. However, damage, loss or costs among others are not covered as a result of: • Damage as result of gross negligence or intentional acts. • Mechanical or electrical disturbances • Scratches. • Wear and tear, gradual depreciation. • Unfit or insufficient maintenance. • Influence from the air and weather. • Loss and damage occurred under driving on an uneven road or at acceleration. • Damage as a consequence of the use of an unfit mean of transportation. • Seizure or other steps taken by governments or authorities. • Delay, indirect loss and the like. • War, rebellions and the like. • Unfit and insufficient packing. The insurance cover is rendered according to: Institute Cargo Clauses (A), Institute Strikes Clauses (Cargo), Nuclear Pollution clause and the current conditions of Topdanmark Forsikring A/S 15. Maximum sum insured: By car/train/ship/plane € Euro 267.890,00 By mail(only Post Danmark) € Euro 13.395,00 During stay € Euro 669.720,00 Excess: For the insurance an excess of € Euro 935,00 per incident applies (Incl. theft from a locked car), however, € Euro 3.345,00 at simple theft.
