FAQ on R-WAP
Q-What is R-WAP?
Ans-It is an online platform where application for Rights issue of Vikas Ecotech Limited can be made through Non-ASBA route and payment can be made using Net banking or UPI from applicant’s own bank account.
Q-How should I know my entitlement?
Ans-In case you having holding in DEMAT account, please refer the REs credited to your account and in case of holding in physical folio, please refer the entitlement letter sent to you via Email. For further details you may visit the Query section of Rights.alankit.com.
Q-Who can apply for the Rights?
Ans-Only Residents holding & making payment through own resident bank account can avail this facility
Q-How to make the payment?
There are two payment options - Net Banking and UPI
Q-Do I need a DEMAT account for applying through this app?
Ans-Following can apply through R-WAP
1. Shareholders having holding in Physical folio as on the record date 2. Renouncee's having REs and also holding a valid demat account 3. Shareholders having holding in DEMAT account as on the record date
Q- Can shareholders holding Equity Shares in physical form apply through R-WAP?
Ans- Yes, subject to such Eligible Equity Shareholder being resident Indian and by following the procedure required to make an Application through the R-WAP as elucidated in the Letter of Offer. Q-Can I apply more than my entitled shares?
Ans-Yes, you may apply for additional shares along with entitled shares. Please note that shareholder who has renounced his Right cannot apply for additional shares .
Q-Can I make payment from any bank?
Ans-Yes, In case of an UPI. In case you are using a Net Banking facility for making payment, then the option is available only for below mentioned 61 banks:

Q-Can I use the third party Bank Account for making payment?
Ans-No. The bank details to be used for making payment through this platform must have your name as one of the joint holders along with the family / friends otherwise it will be treated as Third party payments and will be rejected as per SEBI circular dated May 06th 2020.
Q-What is the maximum amount I can pay through this platform?
Ans-In case of Net Banking, there is no restriction on amount on R-WAP. However, maximum amount will be as per the limit set by applicant’s respective banks. In case of UPI, the payment can be made only upto Rs. 2 lakhs.
Q-Payment confirmation is not received however amount debited, whom do I approach?

Q-My payment has failed, whom do I approach?
Ans-Please check if you have provided the correct details. You can write to us at [email protected] or contact us at +91 -11 4254 1972/1864/1953.
Q-In case of wrong information being submitted, do I have the option to revoke or rectify?
Ans-No. Once the application is submitted, it is final. However, application can be withdrawn by sending an email with withdrawal request to [email protected] during the issue period. Further, no investor may withdraw his/ her/ its application post the issue closing date. Q-When I will get refund, if any?
Ans- In case of non-Allotment or partial Allotment, surplus Application Money shall be refunded to the Investor after finalization of Basis of Allotment in consultation with Designated Stock Exchange.
Q-Is R-WAP platform an alternative for ASBA mechanism?
Ans- Yes, it is and additional optional mechanism for application in the Issue along with the ASBA mechanism.
Q- Is any interest payable to shareholders who are applying through R-WAP system?
Ans-No
Q- Steps to apply for R-WAP.
Ans:
A) Confirm the details (Folio no. (For physical shares)/Demat account (16 digits for electronic holding) along with PAN to apply for Rights Issue.
B) OTP will be sent on registered E-mail and Mobile no. (You need to register the Email and mobile no. if the same is not available in records before filling the application form, check the link for such registration on rights.alankit.com).
C) Tick the required checkboxes in Disclaimer and declaration section.

D) Fill the complete application form:
E) You may Add/update the bank details by selecting- Add/Change Bank details, providing the requisite details along with the mobile no.
F) Click on proceed , make the payment using the opted payment channel, after successful payment a receipt of transaction will be generated for record purpose.–
