Rocco Martini - With a sidecar of bubbles, it drips with seduction. Anticipate 18 over-exposed vanilla flavours with firm pineapple, dark rum and sweet passion(fruit).

Jamaretto Sour - The Dead Rabbit is picky with his sours, 18 and held our bartenders to ransom until someone added his delicious whisky and blackberry jam.

Secret Garden - A house favourite over the years, a play on a classic Aviation. 18 We celebrate the many stunning gardens that lay hidden across the city of Venice. All things aromatic - , elderflower and Crème di Violette.

L'Essenza - This drink is as mysterious and captivating as 'La Serennisima' itself. 18 Flavours of cucumber, Gin, citrus and Green Fairy play off the palate … Allow yourself to be seduced!

Culacino - In the beautiful Italian language this refers to the ring mark left by 18 your drink on a hot, sunny day. Served ice cold, this drink defines that phrase, With flavours of white Rum, honey, ginger and lemon all topped with beer.

Via Maris - meaning the 'The Way of the Ocean', this tricked up version of a 20 classic Negroni pays homage to Venice's control of the ancient spice trails with the addition of coconut & citrus flavours with North African spices.

Aperitivo di Corte - A drink fit for a King (or Queen) with complex, floral 18 flavours of bergamot, elderflower and lavender are finished with fresh mint and citrus.

Cirque d'Italia - This playful drink is named after a famous Venetian circus 22 and is sure to entertain with Bourbon, Creole spices and marshmallow all smoked to finish.

Amarone grapes are dried naturally and slowly to intensify the flavours, through a process called 'Appassimento'. This process produces an intensly complex and textural wine, with tons of structure, sweet spice and a rich, balanced palate.

2006 Enzo Boglietti 'Arione ' Barolo DOCG Veneto, Italy 270 Classic Barolo from a cracking vintage made using only the best nebbiolo fruit. Morello cherry and floral aromas lead into a beautifully balanced palate. Grippy, fine tannins are matched with more cherry fruit, firm acidity, clove and liquorice on the palate. Power and finesse are the hallmarks of this wonderful wine.
