Golden Triangle Mall, a 765,000 square-foot regional mall in Denton, Texas, has been in operation 30 years and is Owner GTM Development undergoing much-needed renovation. This retail landmark is anchored by Macy’s®, Dillard’s®, JCPenney® and Sears®, and Developer Cencor Realty Services/ MG Herring Group features Barnes & Noble®, DSW® and a variety of other national retailers. The mall also benefits from its position in the market’s Architect C0 MA number one retail district. Despite these attributes, the mall had Builder Cadence McShane seen few upgrades and its advanced age was resulting in slowing Financing JPMorgan Chase sales and traffic.
