All children participating in any campus ministry (Sunday School, AWANA, Choir, Nursery, etc.) needs to have a registration form on file.

Copies of the registration form can be found in the lobby of the Sanctuary and the Preschool Building Information Desk. The form can also be downloaded from the web by visiting www.pbcweb.org.
