Coaching Leadership, NCCP LF and Evaluator International Classification for the UCI Para Sport LTAD b. What personal or professional experience do you have, if any, with people living with a disability?

Personal experience; as a child I had a head injury that injured my right eye, I was hospitalized for a few days and had to wear an eye patch for some weeks while my eye recovered. My Uncle was a Double AK Amputee; he used prosthetics and used a wheel chair. I have a cousin in the south of Ireland who was hit by a car when he was 16 years old, he was in coma for 6 months and was left with a TBI that affected his speech and Mobility. Later in School I had a classmate with CP, he was non-verbal and had an attendant at school. In grade 11 he challenged the volleyball team to a Sit Up Challenge and he raised 16000 dollars and did more sit ups than any of the Senior Volleyball Team. Throughout my life, I have had many experiences that led to my career in Para Sport.
