Inner Harbor Contract #1 Stations 70+000 to 103+000 and Expansion of Kings Inner Harbor Contract #2 Island Turning Basin Stations 0+000 to 70+000

Requirement: Deepen the Inner Harbor from -42’ MLLW to -47’ MLLW; removing approximately 13 million cubic yards of new work material with upland disposal in DMCAs. Work includes the handling of naturally occurring cadmium in sediments requiring special handling.

Contract #1 dredging began in September 2019; Contract #2 dredging began on 27 May 2020. Deepening of the Inner Harbor is currently scheduled to be completed in February 2022. 24

Responsible for military construction and design for all Army Installations and Air Force Bases in NC and GA . Previously served as the Senior Project Manager for Ft. . Chief of the Execution Team for the Savannah District Corps of Engineers since August 2018 . Oversees the execution of the $2 billion Cyber Transformation program for Fort Gordon including over $100 million of projects awarded in FY19, $200 million of projects in FY20 scheduled for award, and over $350 million of projects for FY21 are currently in design . Worked 18 years in the Kansas City District Corps of Engineers in the Programs and Project Management Division as a Senior Military and Senior Civil Works Project Manager, and in the Construction Division as an Area Engineer and Resident Engineer at two different installations . Graduated from the Command and General Staff Officer’s course as an Army Civilian in June 2018 . Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri 31 FT.
