APPENDIX NOTIFICATION The Governor of Tamil Nadu having he satisfied that the lands specified in schedule below are needed for a public purpose to writ for the construction Railway Over Bridge at 2/0 of Mangalam-Avinashi road in lieu of L.C.No.134 at Railway Km.450/13-15 at Vanjipalayam and it have already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of Public revenues, controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer, Highways (Projects) Chennai and having considered the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest in the said lands as the case may be do here by publish the following notice under Section 15(1) of the TamilNadu Highway Act 2001-(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002). NOTICE Under Section (1) Section 15 of the TamilNadu Highway Act 2001-(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below situated in Pudupalayam Village, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District measuring an extent 2712 Sq.mts of dry lands in S.F.No.639/1 part etc. to the same a little more or less are needed for public purpose to wit for the construction of Railway Over Bridge at 2/0 of Mangalam-Avinashi road in lieu of L.C.No.134 at Railway Km.450/13-15 at Vanjipalayam. The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Tahsildar, Tiruppur and may be inspected at any time during officer hours.
