FINGER FOODS/SNACKS:

DIP DUO – Salsa and Queso with tortilla chips. • Serves 10-15 - $35 • Make it a TRIO with guacamole - price depends on avocado MP. BAKED MEXICAN STREET CORN DIP – served with tortilla chips. • Serves 10-15 - $45 ANTIPASTO SKEWERS – marinated mozzarella, tomato, olive & basil • 30pc - $50. Serves 10-15. • With prosciutto $65 STUFFED MUSHROOMS – Stuffed with house made French onion dip, seasoned breadcrumbs and parmesan. • 40pc - $70. Serves 10-15 GRILLED CHEESE – (Must order a minimum of 10 GC’s per type) • The classic with American cheese $2.50ea. • The B.O.B. – Sharp cheddar & Bourbon Onion Bacon Jam $3.50ea PIGS IN A BLANKET – all beef franks wrapped in puff pastry. • 50pc - $75 (serves 10-15) FLATBREAD PIZZA – Choice of marinara, mozzarella, basil OR garlic & parsley crème fraiche, smoked gouda, mozzarella, caramelized onions • $8 per pizza (must order a minimum of 10 of one type) MINI TACOS – Inquire about available toppings. • 40pc – Starts at $60 (serves 10-12) NACHOS – Inquire about available toppings. • Serves 10-15 – Starts at $50 SLIDERS – Burger with cheese, pickles and house sauce. or Pulled Pork with BBQ sauce and pickles. • $3.50 per slider (must order a minimum of 24 pieces of one type)

Platters:

-Catering can be ordered according to this list or priced per person depending on the details of your party. We’re also happy to customize a menu and the size of the platters. Please don’t hesitate to share your ideas! -Serving sizes are suggested servings based on orders of 4+ platters/items -Must order a minimum of $250. SOFT BAVARIAN PRETZELS – With beer Cheese, stoneground mustard & pickles. • Small (serves 10-15) $85 • Large (serves 20-25) $105

CRUDITE - mixed vegetables served with herb crème fraiche. • Serves 15-20 - $100

MEAT &/OR CHEESE – Your choice of meat or cheese platter or a mix with crackers and accompaniments. • Small (serves 15-20) $145 • Large (serves 25-30) $195

Entrees & Sides:

BEEF AND PORCINI MEATBALLS – Italian meatballs served with marinara sauce. • Small pan - $65. Serves 10-15. • Large pan - $90. Serves 20-25 GRILLED BRATWURSTS – beer braised then grilled brats sliced and served on a bed of sauerkraut with spicy mustard and stoneground mustard on the side. • Small pan – $65. Serves 10-15 • Large pan – $90. Serves 20-25 HERO SANDWICH – 4, 5 or 6 foot long hero sandwich. Inquire about toppings. • $15-$25 per foot. Serves 4-6 people per foot.

MAC N CHEESE – Baked pasta with a creamy white cheddar and smoked gouda cheese sauce, topped with seasoned breadcrumbs and parmesan. • Small pan - $65. Serves 10-15. • Large pan - $90. Serves 25-30 CORNBREAD – Your choice of sweet or savory cornbread • Small pan - $45. Serves 10-15 • Large pan - $65. Serves 25-30. ROASTED VEGGIES – Price based on type of veggies available. “Make your own….” BAR: • Priced per person, starting at $15 per person. Please inquire about details and provide approximate guest count.

TACO BAR – all you need for a Mexican Taco feast with an array of sides and toppings. Meat options: grilled citrus chicken, shredded chicken chile verde, slow roasted pernil (shredded), chopped spicy roast pork, shredded beef barbacoa, lime & cilantro shrimp. Veggie option: roasted Portobello mushroom.

SAUSAGE BAR – German style sausages, sauerkraut, pretzels and more. We don’t need it to be October to throw a beer & brats party!

BBQ – slow smoked meats and sides. Everything you need for a backyard barbeque feast! Starting at $20 per person.

- You’re welcome to bring in your own desserts, but let us know if you’re interested in our delicious cakes and baked goods J - If you’re bringing in a dessert, there will be an added cost for plates etc.
