Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our study!

The purpose of this study is to understand the opinions of young adult men who have sex with men on ways they can be tested for HIV. This study is being conducted by researchers at Rhode Island Hospital. This study is sponsored by the National Institutes of Health.

We would like to ask you a few questions to see if you are eligible for the study. Some of these questions will ask if you have ever been tested for HIV and the results of your HIV test. It will take less than two minutes to answer these questions.

If you are eligible for the study, we will tell you more about it and ask you to join the study. Don’t worry---you can answer these questions and then later decide not to be in the study.

If you are eligible for the study and complete the study, you can enter a lottery for one of several $100 Amazon.com gift cards.
