There is no Cybercrime Law in Myanmar. Myanmar has Legislations to the related Cybercrime issues. There are as follow: Ø Computer Science Development Law (1996) Ø Electronic Transaction Law (2004) Ø Communication Law (2013)

20 Types of Cybercrime We have met the following the types of cybercrime in Myanmar; Ø The offences have been committed using dishonest way such as Web mail theft and purposely disseminate personal information for decreasing dignity. Ø Creating fake website/ fake Email and Gmail Ø Creating fake money/ ATM card Ø Homicide and Inquest Ø Drugs and Psychotropic Ø Human Trafficking Ø Extort money from woman by threatening its sexual pornographic photos to circulate on social website.
