Payment Condition
For Group tours
- We require 10 % of initial deposit within 1 month after the reservation is made. Deposit is non-refundable for any reasons. - The final payment due date is .
Cancellation Policy
If the tour itself is cancelled by customer’s personal reason, the following cancelation rate will apply.
1 month prior to tour date No charge except deposit 30 days to 15 days prior to tour date 30 % of balance of *the tour price 14 days to 8 days prior to tour date 40 % of balance of *the tour price 7 days to 2 days prior to tour date 80 % of balance of *the tour price 1day to departure date prior to tour date 100% of balance of *the tour price *“The tour price” is the grand total amount for the whole tour group and does not includes non-refundable deposit.
If the number of the participants has been changed, the final price will be adjusted. Clients remaining in the tour shall pay the balance of additional tour costs associated with the change in number of participants.
1. Cancellation period is based on Japan local time. 2. In case of cancellation due to a credit financing issues beyond Sankei Travel Control, the above cancellation charges will apply. 3. If a client fails to pay the tour price by the designated date, Sankei Travel will assume the client has canceled as of the following day, and the cancellation charged specified above will apply. 4. Notice must be received during Sankei Travel Seattle Branch Business hours by phone call. 5. The minimum number of participants on the tour is 20 people. 6. Rate subject to change as the rate of less than 20 people. 7. Admission fees are nonrefundable. 8. Each time when the credit card is used for payment, 3.5% of total charge amount is additionally applies as transaction fee. We accept check or credit card for the payment.
